New Zealanders are a sporting nation, with a love of everything that involves chasing a ball, athletics, mountain biking and golf. Whether you’re a professional sportsperson or a weekend warrior, to be able to play, you need to have a certain fitness level and there are times when your body cannot perform at the level you need it to.
At Active+ we understand the importance of exercise, for both your mental and physical well-being. If you’re not feeling 100%, then come and talk to one of our friendly, specialist experts. We provide extensive physiotherapy services, personal training, dietitian services and sports physio – a dedicated branch of physiotherapy dedicated to dealing with injuries and issues that arise from sporting activities. We’ll teach you about injury prevention, the importance of warming up and down and how to stay in shape safely. Our job is to get you back to your optimum fitness level so that you can continue to enjoy playing.
