Active+ Ellerslie franchisee and Principal Physiotherapist. Certified PINC and STEEL Pilates provider working with women and men post cancer diagnosis and treatment. Qualified Pilates instructor (DMA and Polestar) instructs on an individual and group basis. Special physiotherapy interests includes women's health, acupuncture, manual therapy and exercise prescription.

My Goals

  • Do the lymphodema course to further my ability to help our local community
  • Further the STEEL pilates programme at Ellerslie
  • Bike the Old Ghost Trail with my husband and 3 girls
