Kelly was born and bred in the Manawatu. Kelly completed her Social Work training at Massey University. She has worked in the rehabilitation field for the last 20 years with the majority of this time spent working in community based teams. Kelly is a qualified Social Worker and in addition has worked as an Occupational Assessor for the last 15 + years.

When not working at Active+ Kelly enjoys travelling and spending time with family.
