About

Emma completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2018 through Otago Polytechnic based at the Hamilton City Campus. Emma is passionate about working with children and young people to support their development and independence. Emma has previously worked as an Occupational Therapist here in Taranaki at the Child and Adolescent Community Centre and has provided support to students and schools with the Ministry of Education. Clinically, she likes unpacking sensory needs and giving families strategies to help integrate their child’s sensory system.

Outside of work Emma enjoys dancing, socialising, and going to the beach.
