About

Tara graduated from the University of Otago in 2017 with a bachelor of physiotherapy. Tara spent the first five years of her career working at Palmerston North hospital as a rotational physiotherapist where she gained experience in many areas of physiotherapy. During this time Tara developed an interest in rehabilitation, particularly community-based rehab. Tara has moved to Active + to pursue her interest in helping people regain their function and independence in their home and community.

My Goals

To explore the mountain biking trails in the Manawatu area.

To complete vestibular assessment and rehabilitation training.
