Courtney will be finishing her Bachelor of Sport and Exercise degree, majoring in Exercise Prescription, at the end of 2024.
Courtney competes competitively in athletics, and as a competitive athlete, she understands the importance of fitness, recovery and nutrition.
Courtney has a particular interest in exercise physiology and plans to pursue further study in an area to deepen her knowledge and enhance her ability to support her clients.
