About

Nadia has 25 years of physiotherapy experience working in the UK, Sydney and New Zealand in  Lymphoedema, musculoskeletal and pelvic health both in the public and private sector.

She has Level 1 and 2 postgraduate qualifications in Lymphoedema and is also a certified PINC rehabilitation therapist and Pilates instructor who has a special interest in early intervention for those at risk of lymphoedema during cancer treatment.

Nadia focuses on empowering patients to manage the physical side effects of oncology treatment and provides patient centred holistic treatment and rehabilitation to enhance their own health journey 

In her spare time Nadia enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 kids and dog Jinx, friends and extended family. Together they enjoy many outdoor pursuits - hiking, kayaking and horse riding to name a few
