Kirsten joined the Active+ Mt Eden team in 2023. She graduated from AUT in 2010 and in 2014 went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Sports Physiotherapy from Otago. Kirsten has 15 years experience as a physiotherapist across New Zealand and Australia, working within the community as well as with provincial and national athletes.

Kirsten is passionate about promoting recovery and improving mobility, and her areas of expertise include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, and pain management. Kirsten takes a holistic approach to develop individualised treatment plans that address each patient’s unique needs and goals.

In her spare time, Kirsten loves spending time with her family and taking on the occasional DIY project!
