We’re pleased to announce the final appointment in the Executive Leadership team, of Michael Davis as the Head of Service Delivery for our physical musculoskeletal portfolio within our new Service Delivery function. He will oversee the team responsible for end-to-end service delivery of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS), Integrated Care Pathway Musculoskeletal (ICPMSK), Assessment Services and Home and Community Services (HCS).

As a trained physiotherapist, Mike specialises in pre and post-operative rehabilitation, spinal care, and vocational rehabilitation. With over 15 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation across New Zealand and Australia, Mike has consistently demonstrated his expertise and leadership in the field. Throughout his career, he has successfully owned and managed clinics and teams while continuing to maintain a full caseload.

Mike is passionate about creating accessible, sustainable healthcare solutions that benefit both providers and patients. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact in the communities he serves.

With his proven leadership and extensive clinical experience, our CEO Mike Bignall and the team are thrilled to welcome Mike Davis into the Active+ team. He brings valuable firsthand experience in delivering these services to our clients, along with a unique perspective from owning and operating a physiotherapy practice within local communities.
