Active+ is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Pauline Penney, PhD as the Head of Service Delivery for our multidisciplinary community rehabilitation portfolio within the new Service Delivery function. Pauline joins us from ABI Rehabilitation, where she spent the last seven years as the Service Operations Manager and a member of the Executive Leadership team. In her role, she managed community rehabilitation services, handled contract management, provided clinical advice, and supported a team of service managers. Pauline, a trained physiotherapist, holds a PhD focused on collaborative teamwork in community rehabilitation.

Our CEO, Mike Bignall is excited to welcome Pauline to this role, confident that her leadership will be instrumental in driving positive changes in how we coordinate care and support our provider network that deliver our services.

As Head of Service Delivery, Pauline will join the Executive Leadership team at Active+ and will oversee the full spectrum of service delivery for our multidisciplinary community rehabilitation services and contracts, including training for independence, pain management, concussion and cancer rehabilitation. Pauline will officially begin her role on Tuesday 3rd September.
