Pilates Matwork:  Pilates is a low impact form of exercise which focuses on improving the strength of your body’s stabilising muscles (“the core”) and enhancing your flexibility.  Exercises are completed on mats which we provide and classes are led by our physiotherapists who are pilates trained.  Pilates will help you to see improvements in your strength, coordination, muscle endurance, posture and body confidence.

Active Gold:  A circuit class for over 60’s who want to improve their strength and fitness.  Led by our personal trainer who is experienced in designing exercise programmes for people of all ages and levels.  Improve your health with our friendly group class!

Yoga: This is a 45 minute yoga class led by a physiotherapist experienced in modifying stretches and poses to accommodate injuries or issues! A variety of yoga asanas (poses) and breathing exercises are practiced to promote wellbeing. All practices are performed on the mat. No previous experience required. Suitable for all age groups and genders.

Strength class: A 45 minute strength circuit class led by a physiotherapist focusing on building upper and lower body strength.  You will work at individual stations for each exercise so the physio can set the exercise to your level.
