We’re thrilled to announce that Active+ Taranaki now offers dedicated MULTIDISCIPLINARY paediatric services! Our expert team includes:

✅ Physiotherapists – Aimie and Ella
✅ Occupational Therapists (OTs) – Emma
✅ Speech-Language Therapists (SLTs) - Jeanette and Anna

We’re here to support children of all ages with personalised, family-centred care. Whether it’s developmental support, rehabilitation, or early intervention, our experienced team is ready to help your child thrive! We would also like to welcome out new team members on board:

Rachael (Physiotherapist), Adam (Physiotherapist), Anna (SLT), Emma (OT) and a big WELCOME BACK to Tracey who has returned from maternity leave.

We are gathering interest for two new Pilates classes to offer for you later in the year. The times will be:

✅Tuesday afternoons, 4.30pm – 5.25pm (beginner level) 
✅ Wednesday mornings, 7am – 7:55am (intermediate level)

If either of these times appeal to you, please register your interest with our admin team at taranaki@activeplus.conz. We will contact you with information on when they will be starting.

Active+ Taranaki have been in the community for over 15 years, providing services to New Plymouth and the wider Taranaki Region. We have clinics in New Plymouth, Hāwera, and Ōpunake. 

Our friendly team offers high-level individual assessment and holistic treatment approaches for all of your needs. We have a gym on-premises to help get you back into all the activities you love to do. Whether it is a musculoskeletal injury, neurological rehabilitation, pilates, or just wanting some general words of advice - we are here to help.
