Exciting News – Our New Paediatric Clinic is Opening in April - 78 Gill St!

We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our dedicated Active+ Taranaki Paediatric Clinic! Designed specifically for children and their families, our new space offers a welcoming and supportive environment where kids can thrive. Our expert team of Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Therapists, and Physiotherapists provide specialised care to support development, communication, motor skills, and overall well-being. With individual therapy, group sessions, and a holistic, play-based approach, we’re here to help children reach their full potential. CLICK HERE for more details.

We would also like to welcome out new team members on board:

Rachael (Physiotherapist), Adam (Physiotherapist), Anna (SLT), Emma (OT) and a big WELCOME BACK to Tracey who has returned from maternity leave.

We are gathering interest for two new Pilates classes to offer for you later in the year. The times will be:

✅Tuesday afternoons, 4.30pm – 5.25pm (beginner level) 
✅ Wednesday mornings, 7am – 7:55am (intermediate level)

If either of these times appeal to you, please register your interest with our admin team at taranaki@activeplus.conz. We will contact you with information on when they will be starting.

Active+ Taranaki have been in the community for over 15 years, providing services to New Plymouth and the wider Taranaki Region. We have clinics in New Plymouth, Hāwera, and Ōpunake. 

Our friendly team offers high-level individual assessment and holistic treatment approaches for all of your needs. We have a gym on-premises to help get you back into all the activities you love to do. Whether it is a musculoskeletal injury, neurological rehabilitation, pilates, or just wanting some general words of advice - we are here to help.
