Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

We are seeking a Provider Network Coordinator to join our new Partnerships Team at Active+ and to be responsible for administration and supporting the management of the relationship between Active+ and our Provider Network.  

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and supported by two great coordinators already established in the team, the role will suit someone with a proven track record of managing people, processes and systems, such as memberships, enrolments, subscriptions and customer enquiries.  The role requires someone with experience as a dynamic, organised and process driven coordinator where providing outstanding customer service is your passion. 

This is an additional role created in the team following a review of our organisation structure and a clear vision for growth and delivery of exceptional support and service delivery.

Our new Head Office is located in the heart of the Auckland central business district.  We also offer flexibility in work location that blends remote work and in-office work.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • First point of contact for health providers interested in providing services for Active+ as a contractor
  • Onboarding new health providers including oversight and management of:
    • Our accreditation process including any external requirements that may need to be met;
    • Drafting, establishing and maintaining subcontractor agreements for health providers;
    • Orientation and training for new providers (including how to use our patient management system); and
    • Recording and establishing the necessary provider information in our provider CRM.
  • Provider liaison 
  • Responding to enquiries and escalations from providers about their subcontractor agreements
  • Managing the administrative relationship with our healthcare providers 
  • Driving a continuous improvement culture within the team 
  • Responsibility for our provider CRM and taking a role to always improve the provider experience.

We’re making positive changes to the way we coordinate care and provide support to our Provider Network that deliver our services. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in relationship management or managing people, processes and systems;
  • Excellent collaborative and relationship building skills, working with internal and external stakeholders;
  • The ability to effectively problem solve and to find solutions to unique problems;
  • Experience with CRMs (preferably Monday.com);
  • Experience with contracts and training;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Adaptability - we work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, so the ability to perform at pace and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential;
  • An awesome personality, willingness to get involved and become part of our great team; and
  • A desire to be, and work with, ‘The Best’! 

In addition, experience working in health sector would be desirable and advantageous. Our core systems include Gensolve (patient management system), CRM systems and Microsoft products.
