- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing personalised treatment plans for patients
- Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for our patients
- Actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies
- Maintaining detailed patient records and adhering to industry standards and best practices
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our physiotherapy services and clinical protocols
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting, with a strong background in musculoskeletal and rehabilitation physiotherapy
- Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for providing high-quality, evidence-based care
- Familiarity with relevant physiotherapy software and electronic medical record systems
- Pilates mat training and experience with classes is a bonus, but not required for this role
