About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Active+ Warkworth & Snells Beach to support our continued growth. As a Physiotherapist in our thriving private practice, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional rehabilitative care to our diverse clientele. This is a full-time position based in Warkworth and Snells Beach, Auckland, offering a rewarding work environment and excellent opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing personalised treatment plans for patients
• Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for our patients
• Actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies
• Maintaining detailed patient records and adhering to industry standards and best practices
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our physiotherapy services and clinical protocols

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting, with a strong background in musculoskeletal and rehabilitation physiotherapy
• Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with patients and colleagues
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for providing high-quality, evidence-based care
• Familiarity with relevant physiotherapy software and electronic medical record systems
• Pilates mat training and experience with classes is a bonus, but not required for this role
