Location/ Site Overview

Active+ Counties is based in the centre of Papakura, Auckland within a busy accident and medical centre. Alongside musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, we run a busy Pilates programme, and have an on-site gym within our purpose built premises. Due to one of our valued staff heading off on his OE, we have a full-time physiotherapy position available from August 2024 working alongside our practice owner and team of occupational and physiotherapists.

About the role

This role is very flexible and would suit an employee or contractor. The day to day work will include all or some of the following depending on the successful candidates interests:

-  Musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessment / treatment in clinic

-  Provision of comprehensive care to clients who are trying to regain independence following injury alongside a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, OT's, psychologists and medical specialists across a range of ACC funded rehabilitation contracts

To be successful you will need:

-  determination to offer high quality physiotherapy to our clients

-  a passion for musculoskeletal therapy but also want some variety in your work

-  a fun personality to work alongside our energetic and friendly team

-  good time management and organisational skills

-  two years post-graduate experience is preferred

-  New Zealand work Visa required
