Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Organisational Services and Systems to join our Executive Leadership team at Active+ and to be responsible for provision of support services including oversight of external service providers.  This is a new role following a review of our organisation structure and a clear vision for growth and delivery of exceptional support and service delivery.

Our new Head Office is located in the heart of the Auckland central business district.  We also offer flexibility in work location that blends remote work and in-office work.

This leadership role will be to oversee and manage the following functions:

  • Finance Operations 
  • HR Support
  • IT Services and Systems
  • Property
  • Policies and Procedures
  • Cultural work programme
  • Organisational reporting 
  • Sustainability work programme
  • Internal staff training and development
  • Organisation enquiries, workflow coordination, project prioritisation

We’re making positive changes to the way we coordinate care and provide support to our Provider Network that deliver our services.  As a result, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, energised, values-based and strong leader to help contribute to our strategic goals and work programme.

The successful applicant will have proven experience in managing organisational support and systems including:

  • Proven ability in developing and executing strategic and business plans
  • Track record of success in operational roles
  • Experience in managing people and teams
  • Experience in managing external providers and their performance

In addition, experience working in health sector would be desirable and advantageous. Our core systems include Gensolve (patient management system), CRM systems and Microsoft products.
